Pilates increases awareness of spinal alignment and good posture, so if you feel yourself starting to slump, hunch or dump into one hip, you can correct it with Pilates. In short Pilates will help you fix harmful movement patterns and relieve the symptoms of back pain.

Why stretch
Stretching can help improve flexibility and as a result increase the range of motion of your joints. Better flexibility will improve your performance in physical activities and decrease your risk of injuries.
For 20 euros per month you will get 3 classes plus a large selection of pre recorded classes to do in your own time
If you are new to Pilates or have not exercised in a while, a personal lesson will give you the opportunity to work with me at your own pace and level and become familiar with the Pilates exercises and techniques.
